Jonathan spent 12+ years underwriting billions of dollars in complex real estate credit and equity transactions at leading global institutions including Blackstone, Morgan Stanley, and RBC. He applies the same credit-underwriting mindset to Altius Capital's strategy — focusing on clear opportunities, a defined margin of safety, and risk management as the foundation of every investing decision. Jonathan is all-in: substantially all of his liquid net worth is invested alongside his partners. He passed the Series 3 National Futures Exam and is registered with the NFA (the federal futures-industry regulator) as a Commodity Pool Operator — the formal license required to manage a fund like this.

Tomas leads Altius Capital's European investor relations and business development from Munich. He brings eight years of operating experience as Managing Director and Shareholder at Develop HealthTech, which he built from the ground up through to a successful exit — owning P&L, product, and dealmaking responsibility throughout. He is also Chief Strategy Officer at Berlin Health Media. His DACH network spans founders, operators, and the angel and family-office community across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland — relationships he brings to Altius's European fundraising and partnership efforts.

Will is a serial founder and software architect with 15+ years of experience building scalable platforms. His career spans applied AI and decision systems, with a track record of designing infrastructure that transforms data into actionable insight.

Kelle brings 10 years of Fortune 500 operations and talent strategy experience, along with a track record as a serial founder. She builds operational systems that integrate human judgment with institutional process.

Taimur is Chief Data Officer at SixPoint Capital Management, where he previously led Risk Intelligence & Data Science. His career spans structured-finance and quantitative roles at Blackstone and JPMorgan, and he has been an active angel investor and advisor across fintech and real estate platforms — including a prior tenure as Chief Investment Officer at Lofty. He brings risk-intelligence, data, and structured-finance perspective to the Altius board.

Robyn is Partner & Advisor at Thornbird Consulting, where she works with growth-stage and venture-backed leadership teams on organization design, AI adoption, and leadership alignment. Her multidisciplinary background spans consulting, higher-education leadership, and clinical practice — informing both the structural and behavioral dimensions of how organizations execute strategy. Robyn has served on the Altius Capital board since July 2025, contributing to strategic oversight, governance, and long-term organizational development.
